Expect Nothing In Return

Today’s Monday Mindset: Expect Nothing In Return
I got a simple challenge for you today, and that is to do something for somebody else and to expect nothing in return.
And it’s actually easier to do with a stranger than a loved one or somebody you know well.
And here’s the challenge- to take someone you know well and to do things for them, not just once, but over and over again. And to expect nothing in return, whether it’s a friend, a family member, somebody you work with, or a teammate.
Can you go out of your way to do something that helps them without expecting something back? That’s called unconditional love.
We as human beings tend to operate by conditional love. I’ll do something for you if you’re going to do something else for me, but to do something expecting nothing else in return is hard to do. And that’s why it’s a challenge.
So put that into practice. Do something for somebody today and all week long, expect nothing in return.
That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
