Find a Way

Today’s Monday Mindset: Find a Way
I’m here with my main man, Ben.
Ben is from Nunavut and for those of you who don’t know where that is, it’s really, really far north. A long plane flight in order to get down to Waterloo, Ontario.
In fact, it’s so cold in the winter that it’s minus 50 to 60 degrees Celsius. Celsius. Celsius.
That’s cold. And they have snow on the ground as late as June some years, it’s one of the farthest places you could ever go in North America.
And he’s come this great distance with his family to attend the Point Guard College course this coming week.
We had his family over tonight to join us for dinner and what I was most blown away by is not even the great distance that he’s traveled, but that he then worked a job throughout the year in order to be able to get himself to PGC, to have this experience.
Whatever your challenge is, whether it’s on the court or off the court, in life, you gotta find a way.
Whatever the hurdle is, you’ve gotta get over for them. For Ben, it was the distance and being able to afford the camp fee. But he found a way.
You have to find a way. Whatever your challenge is, find a way as well.
There’s often a way, sometimes it just takes more work, more creativity.
But whatever it is, you can do it.
Find a way, and that’s your Monday Mindset.
