Today’s Monday Mindset: Lean In
I’m here at our Playmaker College Camp in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and these players have been learning how to lean into everything they do.
You could just lean back, be too cool, be too shy, be too good to learn…
…or you can lean in.
And have a beginner’s mindset, knowing there’s always more to learn in everything.
If you choose to lean in and be an active listener, an active learner, you will get more out of every experience.
So put into practice leaning in today, that’s my challenge for you, and that’s your Monday Mindset.
