Get Upside Down

Today’s Monday Mindset: Get Upside Down
I got a simple challenge for you, and that is to get upside down every single day.
You don’t have to do it on rings, you can do it in a handstand or a headstand, and the benefits are enormous.
The first benefit to getting upside down is it’s great for spinal decompression.
Secondly, it’s great for lymph node drainage.
And third, it’s really good for blood flow.
Start off by just getting into a headstand against a wall for 10 or 15 seconds. See if you can build your way up to 30 to 60 seconds. You might even be able to try a handstand and build your way up.
Or if you have something like I have with rings, you can get upside down in this fashion as well.
See if you can put that into practice. Get upside down every single day. It’s great for you.
That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
