Today’s Monday Mindset: How Extraordinary Happens
I’m on holidays with my family and I was walking the beach the first morning and approached a gentleman and his daughter who had some surfboards.
I asked them about surfing, where they surfed, how they learned how to surf. And they said, “Hey you have to get with our world-class instructor, Nico.”
And they made an introduction. And low and behold, five days later, five mornings of surfing at 6:00 AM it’s been absolutely phenomenal and have been learning how to surf.
Still a beginner, but it never would’ve happened if I didn’t approach somebody I didn’t know and just strike up a conversation.
And that’s how extraordinary happens sometimes when you just put yourself out there and something unforeseen, unplanned can take place when you just stretch yourself and make a new friend and start up a conversation.
You never know what can materialize.
We’ve had a phenomenal time here thanks to my main man, Nico.
That’s my challenge.
