Today’s Monday Mindset: How to Never Get Old
We just got done hiking up to this gorgeous spot at the Gros Morne National Park in Newfoundland, Canada.
Today’s question is how do you never grow old?
I think getting old, although physically we age, it can be a state of mind. I made a commitment years ago to just never grow old, to always stay young at heart.
How do you stay young at heart? I think you stretch yourself, you challenge yourself. No matter how old you are, you stay playful, you stay curious and you find things to do that we did when we were young, when we were kids.
I continue to roll and jump and do anything that I used to do when I was younger, maybe not anything, but as much as I could when I was young.
Stay playful, stay curious, stretch yourself, challenge yourself, try new things. When you do so you will stay young at heart. That’s your Monday Mindset.
