  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Stretch Yourself

    I don’t know what you do to stretch yourself each day but one of the things I do is, come outside here in the snow in a cut off t-shirt and shorts and do part of my morning routine.

    I used to hate it in the winter, I couldn’t get outside and do my morning routine in the sun as the sun was coming up. But then I decided to just embrace, stretching myself and doing my morning routine, even in the coldest of weather.

    In doing so, I’ve come to love it and I’ve come to embrace it. It grows my mental toughness.

    Every time you do something that’s hard to do, that’s challenging to do, or that you don’t want to do, you grow your mental toughness.

    So, stretch yourself today any way you can.

    PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.

    We combine our unique PGC culture with a variety of teaching methods and learning environments to maximize the learning potential of those that attend our sessions. In addition to spending 6-7 hours on the court each day, lessons will be reinforced through classroom sessions and video analysis.
