Today’s Monday Mindset: Let It Go
Presented by: Mano Watsa, President of PGC Basketball Camps
Do you let yesterday ruin today?
If you let yesterday’s baggage impact today, it’ll rob you of joy and peace and being able to be fully present.
So how do you do that? You’ve gotta let go.
What happened happened.
I’ve had countless days in which I could have held on to some regret, a decision that I made, something I did or said I wish I didn’t do.
You should do your best to make right what was wrong, but don’t hang on to it. Don’t dwell on it.
It won’t serve you and it won’t serve others.
If you continue to hold on to regret or frustration with what happened yesterday, it’s done.
Let it go.
Practice letting it go.
This is the best thing you can do to move forward, in order to maximize today.
Let it go. That’s my challenge.
That’s your Monday Mindset.
