On Advantages, Communication, and Belonging.

BASKETBALL TIP
Never fear an opponent
If they’re quicker than you, use pass fakes to move ‘em.
If they’re taller than you, use speed to blow by them.
If they’re a shot blocker, use shot fakes to air ‘em.
No matter how good they are, there’s always an advantage to be gained.
LEADERSHIP LESSON
Want to communicate so others actually listen?
Here are 4 ingredients to NITE communication.
Names – To get attention immediately, use their name first.
Information – Don’t chatter, give relevant information.
Tone – Be positive & encouraging.
Eye contact – To show your present & engaged.

LIFE PRINCIPLE
“I belong everywhere I go, no matter where it is, or who I am with, as long as I never betray myself. The minute I become who you want me to be, in order to fit in and make sure people like me, is the moment I no longer belong anywhere.” — Brené Brown
