If you want to make shots under pressure, you need to do the Bradley Beal Test.
2 minutes to get as many points as possible
- Start in the corner and shoot until you make two in a row. No points can be counted until you hit two in a row.
- Move across the arc shooting at the corners, wing, and the top
- No points may be counted from any spot until you make two in a row
- After two in a row at all five spots, you can continue to shoot outside the three until the time runs out. Each make is 1 point.
Run the Beal Test multiple times a week and beat your score each day.

As division one strength and conditioning coaches my boss Ray Eady and I had not intended to create what has become known as the go-to conditioning drill to get basketball players into game ready shape. All we wanted was for them to stop running and testing the mile run as part of their pre-season conditioning plan.
PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.
We combine our unique PGC culture with a variety of teaching methods and learning environments to maximize the learning potential of those that attend our sessions. In addition to spending 6-7 hours on the court each day, lessons will be reinforced through classroom sessions and video analysis.
Our goal at PGC is to empower you with the tools to fulfill your basketball dreams, while also assisting you in experiencing the joy of the journey.
