  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Welcome Fear

So I’m up here pretty high…

I don’t know if you could see the ground or not, but you can see I’m rock climbing.

I’m welcoming fear because this is pretty stinking scary and I just have to go for it.

Sometimes you got to challenge yourself to do hard things and I’m doing something hard, even trying to shoot this video while I’ve been climbing.

So my challenge to you is sometimes you just have to welcome the fear and embrace it and push through anyway. And you find, the limits that you had for yourself aren’t actually limits, and yet develop a greater sense of confidence, a greater sense of accomplishment when you push through something hard.

So whatever hard is for you, whatever might be scary for you, push through it. Welcome fear.

That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
