  • Ja Morant has mastered the art of deception with his dominant dribble move. Join PGC Director Adam Turner as he breaks down the Cross Jab Attack then walks you through two drills to help you master this move:

    1) Cross Jab Stationary
    “Cross over, jab, and go” Start slow and practice this move 10-20 times in both directions until you are comfortable to move quickly.

    2) Cross Jab Attack (adding lay-up and pull up jumper)
    Start at the top of the key, cross jab and finish with a lay-up. Then, practice your cross jab and pull-up for a shot.

    PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.
