Today’s Monday Mindset: Get Out
I’m here in Dallas at a retreat we’re putting on with PGC Coaching and we just came and played pickleball this morning.
I’ve got to tell you, it was a ton of fun. We all had so much fun. I love this game. I don’t know if you’ve played pickleball, but it is just a riot and it’s a great social exercise as well.
My simple challenge for you is to get out. Get out of your comfort zone, get outside, get out and do things that help you to have lots of fun.
It’s easy to get locked inside all the time, to get locked in front of our screens, to get locked into the routine of what we always do. And so I encourage you to get outside your comfort zone – to try new things – and spend time outside. Go see if there’s something nearby which can stretch you outside of what you regularly do.
It might not be pickleball, but opportunities come often if you look for them.
So really simply, your Monday Mindset is to get out and do something, you’ll find you’ll have new experiences and have a ton of fun as well.
Get out.
That’s your Monday Mindset.
