Today’s Monday Mindset: Life’s Great Adventure
People keep telling me they’re so sorry to hear about my ruptured Achilles, but honestly, I’m not because I see this as being a part of life’s great adventure.
Think about the stories you watch or you read. The hero always has to face some type of adversity or challenge.
And without those moments of resistance, the main character wouldn’t develop into the strong seasoned leader they become. And honestly, the story would be a bit dull and even boring.
So instead of sympathy, I see this injury as being a challenge to conquer.
And my question to you is, what are the challenges you face? And can you see them being a part of life’s great adventure too? Because they are.
That’s my challenge, and that’s your Monday Mindset.
