The set:
The ball dips down as Lillard sets for the shot.
The shot:
The ball is lifting before his legs are engaged. Notice, the ball hits platter for Lillard before his legs are fully extended.
The footwork:
Lillard’s toes are still in contact with the ground as he starts the shot. The ball leaves his hands as his feet push against the ground.

PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.
