  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Zoom Out

Presented by: Mano Watsa, President of PGC Basketball Camps

If you wanna be a leader, you have to develop the habit of being able to zoom out.

It’s so easy to zoom in to how you’re feeling – what’s going wrong for you, what’s going right for you.

But good leaders don’t have the luxury of focusing on themselves.

Good leaders make it a habit of zooming out and seeing others.

What are others challenges? Their desires, their needs.

If you wanna be somebody that leads others successfully, you have to develop the habit of zooming out consistently.

And when you, you’ll actually find you feel better because you’re not worried about how you’re doing, what’s going right or wrong for you.

You’re too busy investing all of your time thinking about others.

Zoom out, put that into practice.

    That’s your Monday mindset.
