Chocolate Chip Balls (PGC Vlogs)
Need a sweet treat every once in a while that won’t hurt your training? PGC Director, Matt Mcleod, shares his recipe for a delicious dessert that’s packed with nutrients that won’t drag you down during practice.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 TBL Vanilla
- 4 TBL Coconut Oil
- 6 TBL Honey
- 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate
Recipe
- In a blender, ground 1 cup oats into a flour like consistency. Pour into a mixing bowl
- In a blender, group 1 cup cashews into a flour like consistency. Pour into mixing bowl with oats.
- Add vanilla, coconut oil, honey to mixing bowl
- With spoon, mix into a consistency similar to cookie dough
- Add dark chocolate and mix
- Use a melon ball scooper or spoon to create balls and place on a plate
- Place plate in freezer for approximately 40 minutes.
- Enjoy
